The interior space design of the villa maintains the overall harmony and brings the styles and needs of different users: the space on the first floor is conservative and innovative; the master room on the second floor is simple and atmospheric, and the kid’s room is fresh and dynamic.
The living room on the first floor retains the nearly 7-meter hollow space of the original meeting room. It is magnificent and at the same time cleverly connects the two floors through partitions, making the staircase corridors complement each other.
The location of the restaurant and tea room not only follows the living habits of the Chinese people but also conforms to the contemporary aesthetics: the open kitchen is trinity with the dining room and tea room. Wives and friends who are good at cooking exchanged cooking in the kitchen, husbands and colleagues chatted with tea in the tea room, children in the garden played innocently, and the old people watched TV in the living room. Both the expression of space and the appeal of life have achieved a high degree of unity. The elderly room is located on the first floor. It is convenient for living and connected to the working room with a skylight. The humanized design makes life easy and happy.
The transition from the first floor to the negative first floor is made of transparent glass handrails, and the wooden decorations are decorated in a streamlined manner. On the ground floor, the wine area and gymnasium, with oversized floor-to-ceiling glass, provide a panoramic view of the outdoor garden. The bright environment keeps occupants happy during sports or wine tasting. In addition, the basement floor also has a stylish spa area with bathing and sauna, with agate jade pattern paving, fashion with conservative luxury.
The kid’s room on the second floor is mainly lively and dynamic, with bold colors. A study room with bright windows allows children to pass the day. The master bedroom on the second floor occupies the best position of the whole villa, with north-south convection, a large bedroom with dry and wet partitions, a floor-to-ceiling bathtub, and a window overlooking the Liuxi River.
In the design of this villa, the symbiosis team used modern lifestyles to integrate oriental temperament aesthetics to create an artistic conception and tried to use jumping colors and fashionable aesthetics into the simple Chinese style with humanistic heritage. The precise grasp of life details and the beauty of life in symbiosis allow everyone to find their own space and enjoy freedom.
